Understanding what medical conditions prohibited in your facility are, and what conditions are Restricted. Roles and responsibilities for Providers, Administrator, Licensed staff, and Direct Support Professionals. How to properly prepare a Restricted Health Condition Care Plan and get it approved. Although this is a provider training, some Regional Center Staff are enrolled at the recommendation of their supervisor due to the nature of their job.
