RSPO Application and Required Documents
Submission of the following 3 documents are prerequisites for enrollment in the Lanterman Residential Service Provider Orientation (RSPO). RSPO is conducted in May and October annually. The 3 Documents are:
1. RSPO Application
2. RSPO Residential Provider ARF or RCFE CCL Certification
3. RSPO Residential Provider Resume

Documents must be submitted 14 days prior to the next RSPO start date.
